Maura McManimon Fennessy

Maura McManimon Fennessy is a Government Relations Specialist at Princeton University where she advocates on state legislative and regulatory issues impacting the University, its students, faculty and staff.  She also serves as the Vice President for Policy with the American Planning Association-NJ Chapter.  Before joining the University, Maura worked for over a decade in the land use and housing policy arena, serving as Executive Director of the Office of Smart Growth, and Director of Policy & Planning at the NJ Housing and Mortgage Finance Agency, both within the Department of Community Affairs. Maura began her professional career at the U.S. Department of the Interior as Special Assistant to the Secretary. A graduate from Georgetown University, Maura received her Masters in Urban Planning from the London School of Economics.
